Surveys are targeted by age, employment, household and income bracket. A complete profile means more surveys and fewer screen-outs. Completing it also gives you 100 XP and an achievement.
Log in any time and pick a survey by length and reward. We email you when plenty of surveys are available. If you do not match a survey’s target group it ends early – you still get a small XP credit.
XP comes from surveys (50 XP + 10 XP per euro), daily logins (10–60 XP depending on your streak) and achievements. A higher level adds a percentage bonus to every reward.
Every consecutive login day grows your streak. The daily bonus is 10 XP + 5 XP per streak day (max 60 XP/day). Weekly and monthly streaks unlock separate achievements.
Everyone has a personal referral code and link. When a friend you invited verifies their account you get 150 XP, and after that 30% of their survey rewards is added to your balance – nothing is deducted from your friend.
Once your balance is at least €15, request a payout from the Cash out page. We pay primarily via PayPal or gift cards and process requests manually within a few business days. Balance is never paid automatically or below the threshold.
If you do not log in for 12 months, unpaid balance expires. We remind you by email about a month before. Accounts are deleted after 24 months of inactivity. Logging in once a month keeps your balance safe.
Surveys are market research by companies and research institutes. They drive product decisions, and the research company pays for every quality response. Mangosurveys passes part of that payment on to you.
