These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”) and the Mangosurveys website (mangosurveys.com, “the Site”, “we”). By registering an account or using the Site you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site.
You may register and use the Site if you are a natural person aged 16 or older (15 in Finland), acting for personal, non-commercial purposes, resident in a country supported by the Site and not located in a sanctioned country. Members under 18 may use the Site only with a guardian’s consent; the guardian is responsible for the minor’s use. You must not have been previously excluded from the Site.
You may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and leads to closure of all affected accounts and forfeiture of accrued balance.
You must provide truthful, complete and current information at registration, in your profile and in surveys. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach that may lead to account closure and forfeiture of balance.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your account. Report unauthorised use immediately via support. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
Mangosurveys connects Members with third-party research partners (“Partners”) offering surveys, product evaluations and similar activities (“Tasks”) from which Members can earn credits as described in section 3.
We do not guarantee the availability of any Task. The number, type, frequency, rewards and eligibility criteria of Tasks are determined by the Partners and by us and may change at any time without notice. You have no right to any particular Task, quantity of Tasks or level of earnings.
Tasks must be completed personally, honestly and carefully: truthful and considered answers, no random, rushed or automated responses. Misrepresenting eligibility, falsifying screenshots and delegating Tasks are prohibited.
Additional Partner terms may apply to certain Tasks. In case of conflict, the Partner’s terms prevail for that Task. The Partner alone decides whether a completion is approved.
Your account balance is a record in our systems whose sole purpose is to determine whether you are eligible to request a payout. Until a payout has been approved and successfully completed, the balance does not constitute money, a deposit, a receivable, a financial instrument or any ownership right, and it creates no debt owed by us.
Welcome bonuses, level bonuses, referral rewards, achievements, XP and other incentives are subject to the same terms as all other balance. They have no monetary value until included in an approved and completed payout. We may change or discontinue incentive schemes at any time; balance already credited is preserved unless section 3.3 applies.
We reserve the right to reduce, freeze or reverse your balance or part of it when: (i) a Partner rejects, reverses or withholds payment for a Task you completed, for example due to quality, duplicate responses or suspected fraud (“reconciliation”); (ii) a system error or technical fault credited more than intended; (iii) a Partner’s or advertiser’s payment is reversed or refunded; (iv) these Terms have been breached or a breach is reasonably suspected. A reconciliation deduction may be applied within 90 days of the original completion even if the amount has already been paid to you; in that case your balance may become negative and future earnings first cover the shortfall before positive balance accrues. We will not collect the shortfall from you separately. We notify you of adjustments in your panel or by email where reasonably possible.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a balance adjustment under section 3.3. You acknowledge that balance is not an asset or right on which claims against us can be based before a payout has been completed.
You may request a payout only once your balance reaches the threshold (currently €15; the current threshold is shown in your panel). Balance below the threshold is not paid, and balance is never paid automatically. We may change the threshold with notice on the Site; the change does not affect payout requests submitted before the notice.
Submitting a payout request does not guarantee payment. A payout is conditional on: your balance meeting the threshold; your account being in good standing (not suspended, under review or closed); successful completion of any identity or anti-fraud verification we require; availability of your chosen payout method; and our review of the request. We process requests manually, normally within five business days. We may reject a request and restore the balance if the payout details are incomplete or incorrect.
Before any payout we may require verification of your identity or address (for example a copy of an ID document or other proof) and may hold the payout until verification is successfully completed. If verification cannot be completed, we may refuse the payout.
Supported payout methods are currently PayPal and gift cards. We may add, change or discontinue payout methods without notice. If you cannot use any supported method, we have no obligation to offer an alternative, and your balance remains pending until a supported method is available to you.
Rewards may be taxable income. You are responsible for declaring them and paying any taxes.
You must not, directly or indirectly: register or use more than one account; use VPNs, proxies, TOR or similar tools to hide or misrepresent your location or identity; use bots, scripts, emulators or other automated means; modify, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site or its systems; engage in survey, click, referral or payout fraud; register with invented details; obtain credits other than by honestly completing Tasks; sell, share or transfer your account; distribute malicious code; harass other Members or our staff; click the Site’s ads artificially; or violate any law or third-party right.
You may close your account at any time from the Support page of your panel or via the contact form. Balance above the threshold is paid on request in accordance with section 4; balance below the threshold lapses. The account and personal data are deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if: these Terms are breached; fraud, abuse or dishonest activity is suspected or confirmed; identity verification is not completed when required; the law or an authority requires it; or for any other justified reason.
When an account is terminated for breach of these Terms or fraud, the entire balance is forfeited without any right to compensation or payment. Your right to use the Site ends immediately. We may retain data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
If you do not log in for 12 months, unpaid balance expires and is reset to zero; we send a reminder to your account email about one month before. If you do not log in for 24 months, the account and personal data are permanently deleted or anonymised. Logging in resets the inactivity period. Expired balance and deleted accounts are not restored, and we have no liability for deletion under this procedure. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
Experience points, levels, login streaks, achievements and the leaderboard are features of the Site with no monetary value. The level bonus percentage is added to survey rewards according to the rules in force at crediting time. We may change scoring, level thresholds and bonuses with notice on the Site.
When a person you invited registers with your code and verifies their email, you receive 30% of their approved survey rewards. Nothing is deducted from the referred person. Referral rewards are balance credits under section 3. Self-referral, artificial accounts and spamming your link are prohibited and lead to forfeiture of referral rewards. We may change the referral percentage with notice on the Site.
The Site’s content, design, trademarks, software and survey content belong to the Site, the Partners or their licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Site for personal participation in Tasks. The licence ends on account closure or breach of these Terms. By submitting answers or other content you grant us and the Partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, process and distribute that content to operate the Site and deliver Tasks.
Content shown in Tasks (questions, answer options, product and brand information, research methods, Partner names and URLs) is confidential information of the Partners or their clients. You agree to keep it confidential, not to share, publish or reproduce it in any form (including social media and forums), and to use it solely to complete the Task. This obligation survives account closure. Breach is a material breach of these Terms.
The Site displays third-party ads to fund the Site. Viewing or clicking ads earns nothing. Partner tasks and other links lead to third-party sites whose content, terms and privacy practices we do not control. You use them at your own risk.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, quality decisions, availability or payment practices of Partners, advertisers or payment providers. A Partner’s decision to reject or reverse a completion is at the Partner’s sole discretion.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the rewards actually paid to you in the three months preceding the claim or €50, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, data or business opportunity. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are not affected.
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, telecommunications or service-provider outages, actions of Partners or payment providers, or changes in law.
You agree to indemnify us against damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or infringement of third-party rights.
By registering you agree to receive service messages (account verification, password reset, payout notices, support replies, changes to Terms) by email. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; withdrawal does not affect service messages. Official notices are sent to the email address linked to your account, which you are responsible for keeping current.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the Site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; minor changes take effect on publication. Continued use after a change takes effect is deemed acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may close your account under section 6.1.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Before taking legal action you agree to contact support and seek an amicable solution; we respond within 30 days. Consumers may use their national consumer dispute body and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Other disputes are heard by the District Court of Helsinki unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Task- or Partner-specific terms, form the entire agreement on use of the Site. Severability. If any provision is found invalid, it is modified only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in force. No waiver. Not exercising a right does not waive it. Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign ours, for example in a business transfer. Contact: contact form or the Support page when logged in.
